All About Accommodations Symposium
February 15, 2024The Malin Institute at Chicago-Kent will present a one-day in-person symposium on Friday, March 22, 2024, exploring the current state and future development of accommodations in the workplace. Prominent scholars and advocates will discuss disability accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, accommodations under the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, religious accommodations after Groff v. DeJoy, and the lack of protection for employees who might need but are not entitled to accommodations in the workplace. -
