  • Freshman 15 Submissions for Fall 2013

    One of the components of the First Year Experience program is the Freshman 15. This program, which is a list of 15 campus programs/events, is geared toward helping our first-year students fully experience what it is to be an IIT student. The Office of Campus Life is currently taking submissions for events that departments, student organizations or other IIT-affiliated organizations will sponsor for the fall 2013 semester. Having your event listed as part of the Freshman 15 won’t require any extra work for your department but will provide you with another avenue to market to students. We are looking for a mix of social, educational and traditional events.

Jischke (PHYS ’63) is this year’s winner of the Alumni Medal, which honors distinguished service to the university by alumni who have displayed the qualities of the Collens Merit Award, Alumni Service Award, and Professional Achievement Award.
