Appellate Court Justices Connor and Lavin Administer “Pledge of Professionalism” to new Chicago-Kent Law Students
August 26, 2013Justices Maureen E. Connors and Terrence J. Lavin of the Illinois Appellate Court’s First District addressed the incoming class of approximately 285 IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law students on August 21 during orientation week. Justice Connors addressed day division students; Justice Lavin addressed evening division students. -

The Oyez Project Chosen As a Winner of the Knight News Challenge on Open Gov
July 1, 2013The public will soon be able to explore and understand the work of the supreme courts of America's five largest states as never before, with support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. The Oyez Project at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law was one of eight projects chosen as a winner of the Knight News Challenge on Open Gov, which focused on tools that improve the way citizens and governments interact. -
