Humanities Department Hosts, “From Eve to Evolution: Women and Science in the 19th Century U.S., An Introduction”

Her presentation for Women’s History Month on March 9, 2015 from noon-1:30 p.m. in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCCC) Ballroom will explore the enthusiasm with which 19th-century women greeted science, especially evolutionary science, and the many ways they attempted to use science for feminist purposes.

Student Chapter of The American Rehabilitation Counseling Association Raises More Than $1,800 for Suicide Prevention

A team of 21 participants from IIT’s Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling student chapter of The American Rehabilitation Counseling Association joined the Out of the Darkness walk Saturday, September 20, 2014, put on by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
