Rockford Comes Back to Down Men’s Hoops
January 29, 2019The Illinois Tech men’s basketball team played a tough contest on Saturday evening, dropping a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) game at Rockford University. Tech (11-8, 8-6 NACC) led by as many as 13, but the Regents (9-10, 8-6 NACC) made a second-half surge to steal the victory 74-71. -

January 29, 2019The Illinois Tech women’s basketball team made a trip in the cold weather on Saturday to oppose Rockford University in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) contest. Rockford (2-16, 2-12) edged the Scarlet Hawks (0-18, 0-14 NACC) 67-61. -

After staying close in the first half, the Scarlet Hawks (10-7, 7-5 NACC) were sluggish after the break and were defeated by the Eagles (7-10, 7-5 NACC) 75-53. -
