SoReMo Applications For Fall 2023 Fellows Due August 22
August 15, 2023Applications are now open for Fall 2023 fellows of the Socially Responsible Modeling, Computation, and Design (SoReMo) Initiative. The application deadline is Tuesday August, 22, 2023. SoReMo offers semester-long research fellowships to all Illinois Tech students that provide unique interdisciplinary research opportunities for students who want to apply computational, modeling, and design skills to solve a social issue. -

December 9, 2021Join the Socially Responsible Modeling, Computation, and Design (SoReMo) Forum Friday, December 10 to hear the SoReMo fellows present their semester-long research projects. The final SoReMo Forum of the semester will be held from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. both online and in-person, and will feature research projects conducted by the five SoReMo student fellows. -
Announcing Pilot Program for Providing Free Menstrual Sanitary Products in Select Restrooms
November 30, 2021The Dean of Students Office and Student Health and Wellness would like to announce a pilot program for providing free menstrual sanitary products (MSPs) to students, staff, and faculty as needed. Free sanitary napkins and tampons are now available in seven restrooms around Mies Campus and in both women’s restrooms on Rice Campus. -
