Notice of Upcoming Telephone Testing on October 7, 2022 – No Anticipated Impact to Service
September 29, 2022As part of the university-wide VoIP telecommunications project that was completed last year, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) has configured a redundancy link (i.e., backup system) to ensure voice services will not be interrupted in the event of an outage. On October 7, 2022, OTS will be testing this link during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. During this period, all incoming, outgoing, and 911 calls will be routed over this backup link. There should be no interruption of service. -

Open enrollment for employee benefits for benefits eligible faculty and staff will be held from November 1 - 15, 2022. Changes made at Open Enrollment will become effective January 1, 2023.
