Scoles Captures Another Weekly Award

Baseball Drops Two to Top-Ranked Concordia-Chicago

April 9, 2019
This past Sunday the Illinois Tech baseball team hosted the top-ranked team in the American Baseball Coaches Association poll: the Cougars of Concordia-Chicago. In the team's toughest test of the season, the Scarlet Hawks (7-13, 3-5) dropped both Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) contests to the Cougars (19-1, 8-0), falling 14-4 and 17-6.

Women’s Lacrosse Earns Key MWLC Victory

The Illinois Tech women's lacrosse team played an important Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference (MWLC) match this past Sunday afternoon against Augsburg. With a 13-6 victory, the Scarlet Hawks (7-3, 7-2 MWLC) moved into a tie with the Auggies (7-4, 7-2 MWLC) for the fourth and final conference tournament spot.

The Illinois Tech baseball team played twice on Tuesday in a make-up doubleheader against Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) foe Edgewood College. Offense was plentiful for Tech (6-9, 2-2 NACC) as the Scarlet Hawks split the day against the Eagles (3-12, 1-3 NACC).
