April 9, 2013Ullica Segerstrale, professor of sociology and director of the Camras Scholars program, has published Nature’s Oracle: The Life and Work of W.D. Hamilton. She will give a lecture, “The Edge of Creativity: A Look at the Scientific Life of W.D. (Bill) Hamilton,” with reception and book-signing at IIT on May 2 from 3:15-4:50 p.m. in Perlstein Hall Auditorium. -

The event will feature Peter Onuf, Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation Professor of History at the University of Virginia, and Marshall Brown, assistant professor of Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
