    Architecture Undergrad Taylor Lilly Wins Gilman Scholarship for Study in Beijing

    Congratulations to Taylor Lilly, a third year architecture major, on earning the Gilman Scholarship for Study Abroad! Taylor plans to spend 10 weeks this summer in Beijing, learning Mandarin. As part of his intensive language program through IES, he will have the opportunity to meet and practice his language skills with Chinese students and take field trips to Mt. Wutai and Mongolia.

  • Youth and Community Leaders Collaborate to Address Gun Violence

    Last Saturday, nearly fifty people of various ages and backgrounds met at the Idea Shop for a “Youth Against Gun Violence” design thinking workshop. The event was organized by four IIT Boeing Scholars as part of their Leadership Grant Project*, "Target Future."

    Be Blue for Better Together Day

    On Thursday, April 4, people across the country will wear blue on Better Together Day to raise awareness about the importance of interfaith cooperation. People of different religious and non-religious backgrounds will mobilize their campuses, communities and companies to show the world we are better together. The Office of Spiritual Life and Service Learning and IIT's Better Together student organization invite you to join them in celebrating Better Together Day!
