Year-End Payroll Dates and Holiday Shutdown/Time Recording

December 5, 2012
The Payroll Office will be closed from Monday, December 24 - Tuesday, January 1, 2013, reopening for business on Wednesday, January 2. Payroll will pay all employees according to the following schedule.

Payroll Office moving to Tech Park Central, Closed October 10 – 12

The Payroll Office will be closed from Wednesday, October 10 - Friday, October 12. On these dates, the office will be moving to 3424 South State St., TC-4th Floor. The office will reopen on Monday, October 15 at its new location.

Labor Day Timesheet Reporting for Biweekly Paid Employees

August 24, 2012
All IIT offices will be closed to commemorate the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 3, 2012. Because of the holiday, the approved time sheet due for the period 08/19/12-09/01/12, for the pay date of Friday, September 7, 2012, must be received by the Payroll Department no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2012.

Early Timesheet Submisson for Biweekly Paid Employees

All IIT offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 to commemorate the Labor Day holiday. Because of the holiday, the approved timesheet due for the period August 22 - September 4, for the pay date of Friday, September 10, must be received by the payroll department no later than 4 pm on Thursday, September 02.
