Alumnus Robert Borlick to Present WISER Seminar on Electricity Markets
September 17, 2012The lecture "Demand Response in Wholesale Power Markets" will be held on Friday, September 21 at 1:00 pm in IIT Tower, 16th floor. The joint lecture is co-hosted by WISER, the Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation, IIT Armour College of Engineering, and IIT Stuart School of Business and will feature energy consultant Robert L. Borlick (EE ′59). The lecture is also provided as part of IIT Homecoming activities. -

March 16, 2012IIT's Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the installation of the Perfect Power “Smart EV Charging Station” at 12 pm on Monday, March 19, 2012. The Galvin Center will also host the Chicago stop of the Electric Odyssey, the first world tour of a standard electric car. -
