    Like bikes? We do. The Office of Campus Energy and Sustainability has teamed up with local bike shop Kozy's Cyclery tobring you a really cool folding bike! At 300 likes to our Facebook page, the office will be raffling off a 2012 Dahon Boardwalk S1 for free! You can also see it on display in the IIT Homecoming Parade.

    Public Safety Forum (Updated)

    IIT Department of Public Safety will be on the MTCC bridge from 11 am - 3 pm on Tuesday, September 18 to talk with students and staff about safety and security on campus, especially bicycle security. Public Safety will provide demonstrations on the correct methods and devices used to secure bicycles and raffle off five U-Lock bicycle lock devices.

    Actuarial Science Club Welcome Tea and New Courses

    The Actuarial Science Club will hold a welcome tea on Friday, September 14 in E1-102 from 1:30–2:30 pm. Additionally, Lulu Kang, assistant professor of applied mathematics, has developed two new courses to benefit students pursuing careers as actuaries: MATH 484 “Regression and Forecasting” and MATH 564 “Applied Statistics.” Check out the club's Facebook page to find out about recent activities.
