    HAWK Fit Fitness Class Fall Schedule

    Illinois Tech Athletics offers trained instructors who teach a variety of fitness classes for all levels of fitness. To attend a fitness class, you must be either a current IIT, Shimer, or Vandercook student, faculty, or staff member, or have a Keating Sports Center membership. No previous experience is necessary to participate. Please wear workout attire. All classes will be offered in Keating unless otherwise specified.

  • Women’s Soccer Falls on Last Second Goal

    Illinois Tech Women's Soccer faced Indiana Tech on Saturday, August 25 at Stuart Field. The Scarlet Hawks battled back from an early deficit to tie Indiana Tech at 1-1, but conceded a goal with 50 seconds remaining in the 2-1 decision.
