Johnson Publishing Building, designed by Illinois Tech alum John Warren Moutoussamy to be converted to apartments
November 30, 2017Built in 1971, the building was designed by John Warren Moutoussamy, an architect who studied under Mies van der Rohe at Illinois Tech. The tower represents the first and only downtown Chicago high-rise to be designed by an African American. -
