    Office of Financial Aid: Spring Loan Deadline Is Approaching April 14

    Friday, April 14 is the last day to accept or modify federal loans for the spring term. Visit your Financial Aid Dashboard on your myIIT portal if you would like to accept or adjust your Federal Stafford loans to cover an outstanding balance or any educational expenses Be sure to check for any outstanding requirements associated with your loans such as a Master Promissory Note (MPN) or Loan Entrance Counseling. You can complete these requirements at www.studentloans.gov.

    Student Financial Hardship Assistance Available

    For students facing one-time or ongoing financial hardship, the Office of Financial Aid may be able to assist. Students with one-time unexpected expenses may apply for an emergency grant through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). This fund was established by the government at the onset of the pandemic to support students with unexpected expenses and exceptional financial need.
