Summer Session Parking and UPass Information
May 14, 2024Parking permits by summer session are available for purchase online via MyParking. Also, the UPass program is now available for summer participation at Illinois Tech. Summer UPasses will be valid through Sunday, August 4, 2024. Summer students must opt in by May 29, 2024. -
Spring 2023 UPass Update
February 14, 2023The Spring 2023 UPass opt-in period ended on January 21, 2023. New requests may not be added for this term. -
Spring 2023 HawkCard ID and UPass Information
December 13, 2022New students joining Illinois Tech for Spring 2023 should submit their HawkCard ID photo online by Wednesday, December 21, to ensure their HawkCard ID and UPass (Eligible Full-time Students & Optional) is ready for move-in beginning January 3 and the semester UPass effective date of January 6. Additionally, students must be registered full time to have a Ventra UPass card ordered (new students) or activated (returning students). -
Fall 2022 Ventra UPass Information
June 28, 2022Fall 2022 Ventra UPasses will be valid Friday, August 19–Sunday, December 11, 2022. -
SPRING 2022 UPASS INFORMATION
November 16, 2021The UPass will be issued to all ELIGIBLE FULL-TIME STUDENTS (Grad students - 9 billable academic hours, Undergrad students -12 billable academic hours) for Spring 2022. -
Fall 2021 UPass Distribution
August 12, 2021UPass distribution will begin on August 16 for students who submitted their HawkCard photo online by July 30. Students will receive an email when their UPass is ready for pickup. -
Fall 2021 UPass Program
July 20, 2021Students who are registered for full-time academic hours (Grad students - 9 billable academic hours, Undergrad students -12 billable academic hours) will be enrolled for the UPass program. -
Spring 2021 UPass Opt-In
January 12, 2021The January 4 priority deadline to opt-in for the Spring 2021 UPass has passed. Students that are still interested in obtaining a UPass must complete the Spring 2021 UPass Opt-In Form by February 9, 2021. -
Opt-In for Spring 2021 UPass
December 3, 2020Because of the evolving situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, for the spring 2021 semester only, full-time students who wish to purchase a UPass must request one. If you currently have a UPass and would like to activate it for the spring semester, you must opt-in by January 4, 2021. -
