    University Mask Mandate Lifted

    In keeping with recent health guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Illinois Tech will no longer require face coverings indoors or outdoors as of April 5. Of course, campus community members are welcome and encouraged to continue wearing face coverings if they prefer to do so.

    1095 Healthcare reporting forms for 2021

    As in past years, due to requirements under the Affordable Care Act you may have received a form recently regarding the health coverage you had or were offered in 2021. The most common forms are the 1095 series forms. These forms include information about coverage offered to you and any covered dependents, and must be sent to eligible individuals regardless as to whether coverage was elected or waived.
