Participants Sought for Meat Study

The Clinical Nutrition Research Center is looking for participants in a meat study. Study participants must be between 18 and 74 years of age, weight at least 110 pounds, have a BMI of 25-39.9, and not be vegan or vegetarian. Compensation is $360.
